During the registration process you may have clicked on the second link of the confirmation message, which deactivated your account. Please register again!

Be sure that your registration process happened as follows:

1., Click on “Registration” and type your Username, Password and a valid E-mail address. In addition, select your appropriate “Member type” and click on “Register”.
You will receive a confirmation massage, which includes your username and password. Click on the first link of the confirmation message to activate your account.

2., After completing these steps, you will have approved access to log in to the system:

Type your Password and Username in the boxes located on the top of the website and click “OK”.

Click on “Contact” under the menu “My Profile”. Complete the Form and Save it.

From that point on, your multimedia website will appear on the web.

You must follow the registration process as stated in part II of the FAQ.

As a registered member, log in and go to “Manage media” under the menu “My Profile”.
Click on “Upload media”, fill out the “Title” and “Description” fields and select a Media type, such as: Picture, Audio or Video file and click “Next”.

Find the media file you would like to upload using the “Browse” option and click “Upload”. Your media will be stored in the Media field on the right side of your multimedia website. Save it.

If you would like to publish your media on the web, please click “Activate”. Now, your media will be available on the web as a part of your multimedia website. You can deactivate or delete your selected media files anytime. Additionally you will have nine variations of preview images to select from as a thumbnail for each and every video clip.

Please follow the registration process; you must pick "Seller" as your Member type.
After a successful registration, please log in using your approved Username and Password
and go to "Contact" under menu "My Profile". Fill out the contact form and "Save" it!

Now, go to "For Sale" menu, click the "sell product" option, fill out the advertisement form
for your product or instrument and "Save" it.
Click Manage media for this advertisementon the right side.

Your multimedia website as a "Seller" will appear:
Click "Upload media files": fill out the "Title" and "Description" fields of your product and select a Media type like: Picture, Audio or Video file and click "Next".

Find the media file you would like to upload using the "Browse" option and click "Upload".
Your media will be stored in the Media field on the right side of your multimedia website as a "Seller" and on the multimedia website of your instrument, listed under the "for sale" menu.
"Save" it!

Notice:
Each end every video clip is limited up to 500MB.
No data/no media will appear on the web unless you save your "Contact" information under "My Profile" menu.

"Virtual Audition" means that your multimedia website will audition for you before your physical audition; saving you a lot of time, energy, money and hope. Each and every member of MusicWorldStage is a potential "Auditor" and "Applicant" simultaneously. Special programming allows the selective posting of your audition details for applicants you are looking for. At the same time, this special programming will list all auditions for you, which are announced and tailored for your conditions.

Login and Go to "AUDITION".

All auditions announced for your conditions will be listed automatically. Open them if you are interested, and click on "Apply" to send your multimedia website to the auditor.

To announce your audition details click on "Create audition", follow the process, fill out the Audition Registration Form and "Submit" it. All information of your audition will be posted to "Applicants" you are looking for.

Please Note:
"Seller " and other member types registered under the "Market" and "News" menus are not participants of the Virtual Audition System.
Participants, you have to upload at least one video file to your multimedia website to be able to apply for auditions.

If you are logged in to the system, you can change your password any time.
Go to "My Profile" and click on "change password". Type your current and your new password into the boxes provided; verify your new password and click on "change password" located under the boxes. Your password will be automatically changed. At the next login please use your new password.

Don't panic!  Type your user name, and any kind of password into the appropriate boxes located on the top of the website. You will get a "Wrong password, try again" error massage and a "Forgot your password?" link. Please click on that link and you will see the following message:

We sent you e-mail with your new password.
Please check your mailbox!

As it is stated in the message above, just check out your e-mails for your new password.
At the next login please use your username and the newly generated password.
You can change your password as stated in Step VII, anytime.

Don't  worry. Find yourself in the system using the search engine and take a look on the URL of your browser.
For example:
http://www.musicworldstage.com/feli. In that case the user name is: feli. The last item of the URL is your user name.

Under "My Profile" you will find a "delete account" option. Click on it and this massage will appear:

"If you surely want to delete your account, type your password and click Delete!"

Type your password to the box, and click on "delete" under the box.
All of your data including your media files will be permanently deleted from our system.

STEP2  Check your e-mail for our confirmation e-mail and activate

STEP3  Login using your username and password and go to

At that point your multimedia website will be available on the web.

STEP4  Go to "My Profile" >> " Manage media";
Upload your video, audio and picture files

You can manage and modify your multimedia website any time.

STEP5  Go to "Audition" to create announcements and to check openings

Note: Seller, Market and News member types are not participants of the
virtual audition system. Participants, you have to upload at least one video
file to your multimedia website to be able to apply for auditions.

STEP6  To sell your instrument, please follow the registration process
but be sure to pick "Seller" as your Member type.
